Good to know

Frequently asked

Policy content below (rain policy, booking duration, permits) was drafted for this handoff and has not yet been confirmed by the client — verify before launch.

How far in advance should I book?

Two to three weeks is comfortable, though we can often help with less notice. Weekends in spring and summer book out first, so it is worth asking early.

What happens if it rains?

We keep an eye on the forecast with you. You can move to a covered area or reschedule to another date at no extra cost, as long as we know the day before.

Do you need a permit for parks?

Some councils require one for larger setups. We will let you know if your chosen spot needs it and point you to the right form.

How long do I get the setup for?

A standard booking runs for three hours. Extra time can be added, just let us know when you enquire.

Do you provide food?

Grazing boards can be added to any setup. For full catering we are happy to recommend people we work with regularly.

How many guests can you seat?

Our tables start at two and extend to twenty or more. Tell us your numbers and we will plan the layout to fit the space.
